All products must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return by emailing boxwoodandbirch.lex@gmail.com. You must include your order number and which products you are returning. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. You will receive your store credit once your return is received and inspected. Store credits do not expire.
