Online Orders
Online purchases are eligible for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing boxwoodandbirch.lex@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear or tear. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Store credits never expire.
